WHY CHARGING 1000 FOR CHURCH SERVICE?

Why is Christ embassy charging #1000 for cross over service?
 The church is about 20000 capacity and if only half pay d 1K, the sum of 10m is generated on the 31st by Christ embassy. Is this what god ordered them to do?
