Who is really behind boko haram?

On daily basis, the federal government accuse the opposition of sponsoring the boko haram and the opposition party also claim the ruling party is behind the militant.

Looking at the comments and the incidents happening in Nigeria, I am very sure of one certain thing that those in power and the opposition party know who the book haram are.
